Great customer service. I ordered two floor lamps and once arrived damaged by ups but the customer service team was very quick in sending a replacement. Great quality and very reasonable pricing, will be back for sure.

Shady since I was trying to get to the check out screen and it did a pay now. When I ask for a cancelation, they charged a 10% fee. Terrible practice. Edit: Customer service reached out to me to rectify the situation since it was a cancelation on an accidental order and waived fee. Good job!
