Great customer service

Kudos to Anna! I experienced two light fixtures that became defecive near the end of the warranty period. I had very efficient communication with Anna who was responsive and helped me with the process to replace the lights. She was a delight to work with, and I’ll be speading the good word about Ozarke and Anna to my friends and neighbors who are looking for lighting.

I purchased some outdoor modern linear lights from Ozarke. They were a custom order because I made them wider than the standard 3" width. I did have an issue with the lights when they arrived so I emailed customer service and Alex was more than helpful and took care of correcting the issue. So happy with the lights, and more importantly, I was pleasantly surprised to get great customer service from the Ozarke team. It was a great customer service experience; especially when customer service seems to be lacking in so many businesses these days.

10/10 great company. Would recommend

Ozarke is simply the greatest, there’s no other way to put it. We all know how ordinary lights are but Ozarke makes lighting look extraordinary! Not only their lighting are great but also I’m in love with their plates and cutlery. The best of all, is how trusting and well communicative there customer service is!!!

Excellent , innovative products- the most stylish lighting solutions for both indoor & outdoor. I get compliments on all my OZARKE products every time someone sees them for the first time! Shipping was fast, communication with seller is extremely professional. And what REALLY stands out is their customer service- extremely fast response time & their dedication to keep their customers satisfied is apparent in every discussion I’ve had with them. I highly recommend OZARKE for all your home lighting solutions ! You won’t regret it

I'm coming back to buy more Everlasting Candle Warmers for presents.

I love the outdoor light from Ozarke. I bought two for the front but now I’m going to buy 4 more to add it around the house. It gives an elegance touch to our modern home. Shipped fast and the customer service was outstanding.
