Fantastic products and super quick customer service. I forgot to cancel a subscritpion but when I realised and saw the order in my inbox I emailed Oyo and within 5 minutes they'd responded, cancelled my order and updated my details. Really lovely friendly service (I am still using the products just not regularly enough to justify the subscription!)

I ordered Ingrown Out, The Final Touch, and Bye Bye Bush as I have had issues with ingrown hairs from shaving my bikini area. I have used these produces for a couple of weeks now and have noticed a significant decrease in ingrown hairs/bumps as well as no itching as the hair is growing back. I did have an issue with my order, however, Hannah was very responsive and resolved the issue. I will definitely be ordering again!

First of all, I've had great results with their products in reducing and eventually eliminating the dark spots on my bikini line. Big confidence boost! Second, their customer service never disappoints! There were a few times I had to contact them, but one time in particular I was having issues with an order, without hesitation I contacted them and Hannah sorted my issue right away. Very happy with their products!

Customer service was one of the best I have ever dealt with. They were on top of it, when my order came to me I was missing an item that said it was in the box. But was in fact not, I message them write away and within a day someone was in touch with me. And shipped me a replacement free of charge.
