I really liked this the first time I used it but every time I’ve used it since it was been more difficult and removed LESS hair. I like the product and it doesn’t irritate, but for my hair is only removed about 60% and then I have to use a razor to remove the rest. So it’s not as effective for me which kinda defeats the purpose. I guess my hair is just more stubborn.

Unfortunately my product arrived open, after emailing customer services I got a quick and thoughtful reply and they even sent a replacement product. Fabulous service 💜

I purchased the oyo Bye Bye Bush cream and Honestly for my standards it was pretty good. I’ve used it for the first time today. I have 50% hair reduction in my bikini area at baseline from doing laser previously (15 years ago) so I did cut the remaining hairs a bit with a scissor to make them shorter before applying the cream but I don’t think that would matter. I spread the cream all over my intimate area down there including all the labia majora (I’m being specific to help others out lmao) and I left it there for about 10 minutes. And when I scraped it off with the spatula the majority of the hair (I’d say 95%) just came along with the cream. I’m actually pretty surprised and satisfied with it. not much stubble, it’s actually pretty smooth. No itching like I usually get after shaving. I’m very happy.

The product I’ve received has been great and caused no irritation at all! When I had a delivery issue it was dealt with very promptly and by a very friendly team member.

Oyo has wonderful products. I've tried some of them but I'm really excited to try ingrowns out. The bottle was broken in my first shipment so I reached out, and they responded immediately to make things right. These are amazing products with amazing people behind them! I have a pretty sensitive skin, and I always get disappointed with hair removal products, so my expectations were very low. But these products work! The products are so lovely and mild, they are easy to use, and the experience is pain free! I have used it for my armpits and bikini area and I will never go back to shaving or waxing ever again! Plus, the costumer service is flawless. One of my products was broken during shipping, but I got a new one send super fast, and with no extra costs.
