I bought the Bye Bye Bush and was very disappointed. Not only did it not remove the hair, it also was irritating and the hairs still grew back as ingrown. Honestly no better than shaving. And what's worse is that when I contacted them about the 30-day money back guarantee that is slapped all around their website and instagram, and falsely claims their products as a no risk option, they are now only offering 50% of the original price or store credit (ha!) The whole thing feels very scam-y. Women preying on other women's insecurities and not following through with what they claim to do. Absolutely frustrated and disappointed. Don't be fooled by the hype of this instagram brand like I was. *Edit they use all of this flowery customer service language to cover up the fact that they take your money and run. Why put on your website "30-day money back guarantee" when you have no intention of actually following through with that promise? The intention is deception. And they require customers to "read the fine print" like some late night tv ad... so tasteless.

I really like OYOs products, I've bought a few orders from them now, normally when on offer cause they are quite pricy but have to say I've been impressed everytime. Their bye bye bush works very well, but have to say you do have to leave it on for more like 10mins than 5 tbh to work properly. The fresh up not sure if does much but does smell nice. Ingrown haven't found much different tbh but I don't always use it so that's probably me. The exfoliating cloth works really well. Overall I haven't tried all of their products yet, have had some better than others but I do like them & recommend bye bye bush if its on offer. Downside is the price, it is quite premium so probably more of an investment, but it does last a while, I bought mine about 6months ago atleast, have used atleast 1/2 times a week and it's still going.

Can't cancel subscription. I tried to cancel my subscription online like it says on their website you can supposedly do at 'any time' from your account but there is no option to do this. I have since been charged for and sent another set that I didn't want. I have had no response from their customer service team in 2 weeks so will have to take this up with my bank to block further payments.

I received a discount code for my first order, however when I tried to apply it at checkout there was a glitch and my order went through without the discount. I got in touch with Oyo's customer service team and Andrea was super helpful in rectifying it for me! The product arrived quickly and exceeded my expectations. I would definitely shop with Oyo again.

Unfortunately, the OYO skincare has not improved my skin. I still have same amount of ingrown hair and irritations as before using OYO, which I think is a shame as it really is quite expensive. The only reason I purchased it was that the guarantee for money back if there was no succesful effect of the products, but I can see they don't state that anymore on their website. Maybe it works for some, but I wanted to write this as some, like me, might be disappointed after paying up to £130 for products that really didn't change anything.

Oyo's Bye Bye Bush is the only hair removal cream I've tried that doesn't leave me with irritation or ingrowns. My skin is extremely sensitive so I tried for years to find something that worked. Their products have been amazing! And the service is great 😄

The products are amazing, I personally think "Bye Bye Bush" is incredible. I love it. Leaves a smooth finish and doesn't have a strong scent like lots of other hair removal creams. I would highly recommend to everybody! Not only are the products great, I recently had to speak to Customer service and both people I spoke to were fantastic! Helped me with my query, and responded really quickly. So helpful and friendly and easy to talk to. And amazing brand with amazing people! Will continue to use indefinitely!! I think everyone should be using Oyo Skincare!! 😍😍😍

The Oyo bye bye bush is such an amazing product! It works perfectly and is very gentle. I had no irritation, and I have sensitive skin. Their customer service is also wonderful. I had an issue placing my order and Andrea was so kind and helpful. Highly recommend this product and company!!
