I have been using OYO products for a few years now, but have never come around to writing a review - and what a shame! Keep It Clean, The Final Touch and Keep It Fresh have become staples in my skincare routine and have made such a positive difference in my skin's appearance and feel. It has honestly contributed to making me feel much more confident in my own skin. Moreover, you really do get your money's worth, not just in quality but in quantity - the products do last for a while even when used regularly.

I initially made an order with Oyo Skincare that had a few setbacks (my order was said to have been cancelled when it wasn’t/ I got a few of the wrong products) Of course, I was a little frustrated with the ordeal as anyone would be, but I also understood things happen and Oyo has made it very difficult for me to be upset anyways! They have been consistently replying to my emails and updating me on the products as well as making sure I receive what I paid for. They are a consistent company and I seriously cannot be too upset about the mixup because of how easy and smoothly the process of reaching out to them has been. On top of that- I love the products so far! They’re easy to use and I have very sensitive skin which hasn't affected my use of the product so far and I am very pleasantly surprised. Very happy with Oyo Skincare !! :)

Ordered this product in January. Did not arrive for 3 months so I reached out and they said they would send again. Product arrived at DHL and they are charging me $82, I was also prompted that they’re maybe further charges unprocessed. Super frustrating and disappointing, ordered this BEFORE tariffs were so high and they failed to deliver so now I have to pay $80 on top of the $193 for the products and shipping. If you are ordering internationally expect charges! They are not allowed to announce or include them in the price.

I've been seeing this advertisements on social media and because of the price, I never purchased. However, I finally made the leap and let me tell you: this product is worth every penny. From someone that has always dreaded going to the waxers and always gets shaving bumps, this product has been a true blessing. I have thick, black hair and it's been a huge game changer! I love that I can use it everywhere and that I'm not getting hives or anything. I am so sensitive to just about everything, so I love that it's gentle, smells great, easy to use, and has lasting results. I will definitely be recommending this product to every one of my girlfriends. In addition to the great product, the customer service was equally as pleasant. I had a problem with my order and each and every person I talked with were kind, fast in their response and so very helpful. Thank you Oyo Skincare!

So I bought the Bye Bye Bush bundle and I will be honest and say I originally wasn’t getting on with it. I emailed the customer service team and Andrea sent me back a really helpful email giving me some tips about how I could improve my experience and oh my god, I am so glad I emailed because I now ADORE this product! If you’re someone who hasn’t used a lot of hair removal products before and you’re struggling to get to grips with it, I highly recommend asking because the customer service from Andrea was incredible! This is a product that really does work and I’ve seen such good results. Honestly couldn’t recommend it more for anyone who is sick of shaving!

I was so excited about this product but the hair grows back the next day, like normal, and you can’t use bush b gone every day, so it definitely is not an alternative to shaving or an option to keep you “bald” as the ads imply. It also gave me razor burn somehow, like how does that even make sense? I’ll never know, but I know I won’t be using or purchasing this again. So disappointing.
