Unit arrived broken
Unit arrived broken. Needed it ASAP. Have to wait til it gets shipped back before they send out another one. Will have to go rent something in the interim.

The only reason I didn’t give you a 5…
The only reason I didn’t give you a 5 was because the unit was supposed to arrive with a cannula included but did not.

Bought my free style oxygen concentrator
Bought my free style oxygen concentration being assured it would be here by the end of three days and after a week I called to find that they had not sent for my Doctors prescription, Then Bret said he would get it and I received my order in 3 days. thank you Bret.

I received fast and efficient…
I received fast and efficient assistance when I spoke with a representative. I have used this company several times and have always received good service. Then when there was a problem with one of the orders it was taken care of quickly. I would recommend this company.
