We would like to thank Will LeBouef for all of his expertise in handling our purchase of the Caire Comfort portable oxygen unit. He was there from start to finish and he even gave us a follow up call when the unit was delivered. My husband who has COPD likes this oxygen unit for its portability, its ease, and its 3 year warranty. This unit came a day before Thanksgiving holiday. Great deal with speedy delivery, very well packed and pleasant to deal with. The people at the main oxygen concentrator store where I bought my first new in home unit sent me a well use unit when the new one had some light signals flashing so I sent it in for repair. The one I go in return started acting up about a year into it and finally quit even after all new filters, columns, and screens. I bought the same exact unit new from the Oxygen Concentrator Store this time. mike
