Christa was terrific. She explained the differences in the different items, and was open and , I believe honest about the differences. After I chose the one I wanted it arrived very speedily. It has worked out well, and I am happy with my purchase.

My local oxygen supplier was very helpful with my initial portable SimplyGo Mini and the EverFlo continuous flow at home. They even helped me with Liquid oxygen for boondock camping last summer. However I needed a solution for a road trip and possible airplane visit with friends. I needed continuous flow concentrator. Michael helped me think through the options that the Oxygen Concentrator had in stock. With research and advice I bought the Inogen. I now have options to stay overnight at a friend's house or in a hotel. My life has opened up.

I’m a little disappointed with the purchase. Number one it doesn’t come with a desktop charger which is ridiculous. Number two the carrying case doesn’t fit proper. For the amount paid for this unit it should come with a desktop charger for the batteries as well as a proper fitting case. Seems to me people that really need these units especially the seniors on Social Security are being taken advantage of. For some people this is something you can’t live without. Should be made affordable for everyone. And come with the proper gear there’s no sense in having two batteries if you could only charge the battery on the unit itself just doesn’t make sense. Over and out.

No long sales pitch. Delivered when promised.
