I recently contacted the Oxygen Concentrator Store because a portable concentrator I had purchased from them several years ago - and used and abused all but daily - was in dire need of an overhaul. I was pleased with their service the first time. When I called, Mars Batton took the time to explain my options; differences in newer models and the approximate cost and time needed to overhaul old reliable. As it had been years since I was last a customer, they took the time to call my physician for an updated prescription and shipped me my new machine in short order. Am I glad I called again? You bet!

Even though we had a bit of a hard time finding the right machine, every single person was kind and helpful. Shipping was ultra quick. Since we were shipping at Christmas UPS let us down once but that was not the stores fault. I highly recommend this company. They are very knowledgeable, too. We ended up with the perfect machine.
