Originally I gave them 5 stars but now I wish it could be zero
Originally I gave them 5 stars for quick delivery of a display unit that was priced in my budget. However my father passed away before we had a chance to use the unit. I had it in my house for less than 10 days, never used it only charged it. I asked for a refund and was shocked that even unused they required a 25% restock fee plus $20 for a return label. Never in my life has a company disappointed me so much. I understand the restock fee if we just changed our minds, but to have Dad pass away and then get hit with a $512.50 restock fee is unacceptable. I will not recommend this company

Good people sent a terrible choice of an oxygen machine.
The company and the people are good and helpful, but the salesman choice of an oxygen machine for me was terrible, he did not give me a brand. or enough information, so am having to send it back. it is in the mail, but I could not find the canulas they sent so they will have to charge me for them. I hated the machine they sent and am getting as much of a refund as i am due.

Great Customer Service
The man who answered the phone was extremely helpful and friendly! He helped to decide which items to order, and they were shipped out on the same day. It is not often that we receive such extraordinary customer service.
