There was quite a bit of wait time for…
There was quite a bit of wait time for a live person. I was wanting to order Inogen One G 4 cylinder and was sent a Inogen G5. It may have been my fault as maybe I wasn’t clear. I have bought all my machines through you so maybe I have several in my files. Anyhow it was resolved and I did receive the correct cylinders.

The XPlor does not work
The XPlor does not work, my wife contacted you and you sent a replacement. The replacement does not work! My wife said she was on the phone with a representative and they went through the entire trouble shooting process and it still does not WORK!!!! The rep said they will send another replacement, but it won’t be here for several weeks! We are scheduled to fly to Germany for 3 weeks on 6 June. Obviously my wife can’t take the trip because your product is flawed. It is necessary for me to make this trip, This means I must go alone thanks to your flawed product! We purchase this XPlor specifically for this trip. Upon my return the end of June I will contact you by phone to discuss this issue. Walter J Klein Jr
