Got my Inogen 5 about year and a half only and stopped working. Contacted the store for repair and they were on it. My average rating was due to: 1. Was i recommended an inferior but expensive product? I mean its only about year and a half. 2. They charged me shipping when it is manufacturer warranty. 3. The error message did not indicate i needed new sieve beds, but oxygen store said i needed it and they can put it in for me which i questioned he said it only lasts a year and year half so i forked out another $149. The guy kept telling me that Inogen 5 is the only one where i can put it myself, but thats not my gripe. I feel that they are not actually listening to me and my needs.

I Purchased my Oxygen Concentrator from your store from the reviews and my doctor gave me some information and contact information. At first I had some reservation because there were other placed that offered the same machine at a better price. After talking with Nick I decided it was worth the extra money to pay for good service and knowing I will be taken care of if I had a problem. He explained how to use the machine, the differ in used and new, and text to tell me the machine was shipped. Well worth the peace of mind.

Apria has been wonderful ton deal with.They answer the phone quickly, are very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. I could not believe the speed in which my oxygen needs were taken care of by them. Nothing but a positive experience for me.
