Arrived at opening of store. Met with Jacob Solomon who did an excellent job of advising me on the unit that I wanted. He explained all of the pros of the unit with no cons. I had already done my research on the unit that I purchased and was very happy to make my purchase and get on home. I was very pleased with his knowledge and professionalism.

Just a shout out to James Gonzales for his patience and professionalism while he helped me decide which machine would best suit my needs. Jake Kinlaw, the first rep. I encountered did an exemplary job of stick handling many snags in shipping to Canada ( where there is a profound shortage of light weight (2.8 lbs.) portable oxygen concentrators). It is never easy to be told “you need oxygen “ by a health care professional. You begin to fight tooth and nail to ‘run for the normal’ that a portable oxygen device can provide. .. to be able to exercise, walk outside or get from one side of an airport to the other suddenly become possible again! Jake was extremely sensitive to the latter and quickly recognized that the weight a 130 lb woman could easily carry was much different than that of a 225 lb man. He maintained constant contact until all problems were resolved and treated me with dignity, humour and compassion at every opportunity that arose. Well done to all!

She listened to my needs, gave me options and then offered me a Caire Companion5 Home oxygen concentrator. I also needed an additional battery for our Caire Freestyle Comfort portable concentrator, she suggested a desktop battery charger - and she explained how everything worked and their warranties. There was no pressure on the upgrade. She was polite and patient, and courteous throughout. She walked me through the process, guiding and giving me pointers. Thank You for being there for me.
