My experience with you has been terrible. I wouldn't recommend you to anyone else. I am trying to send everything back and get no response from you. I received a refurbished concentrator in place of a new one. I paid for a new one but got a used one. I don't know how you stay in business.

We appreciate the counseling and help that Nick gave us. My wife is now using the concentrator when we leave the house. Next week we go on a vacation for one week and she will enjoy using the light portable .concentrator.

I so happy how fast and efficient my order came. I'm Canadian and cannot get delivered to Canada. There was a representative that tried her hardest to get delivered to Canada but for some reasons it wasn't working. My daughter lives in the USA and just moved back from living in Dubai. Thanks so much to your team who tried their hardest to help me.

Upon my request for a phone call, I was greeted by James Gonzales. He admitted that he may have jumped in front of another associate in responding…but I’m glad he did. Mr. Gonzales was extremely knowledgeable about POCs and the current situation with back orders and product source countries including parts shortages. After a short primmer of the current state of things, he suggested the Caire Freestyle Comfort. While we talked, I began researching the unit online (I wasn’t familiar with it at all) and realized it was quite a good unit, made by a reputable company with a great warranty. Mr. Gonzales described the unit and it’s particulars so well AND sincerely seemed to BELIEVE in the company, I felt secure enough to order the unit right then without hesitation. I feel a was given a decent price and the order was taken quickly, receiving emails back and forth during the phone conversation. Communication was awesome and I couldn’t ask for a smoother transaction. Thanks, James! You’re the man.
