Great job for service I required.

Bret, Just wanted to say THANK YOU again, you are truly a caring knowledgeable person who knows his products. Just wanted to shout to everyone the Fantastic service Bret showed when talking with him about getting me set up with oxygen for the house and with a portable oxygen concentrator too. Bret even is even empathetic to a persons' needs. He made sure I had cannulas, tubing, connectors to fit my needs and my situation. My Caire portable oxygen concentrator is even FAA approved. How nice of Bret to think of my needs not just at home but for travel too. This was AWESOME!! The local oxygen company I had to deal was horrible. Bret saved the day he set me up with my stationary concentrator for the home and on my earlier order set me up with my FAA approved Caire portable. My husband and I are in deepest appreciation. You are the Greatest, Most Professional, Most Knowledgable, Awesome, Nicest Person for Sales. Please stay with your skills and you will go far. Very pleased to have you take care of me. I can't say enough good positive things to describe Bret and his skills to handle customers so positively. THANKS & AWESOME JOB! Marianne & Don Saale (Fort Myers, FL)

Excellent Customer Service.

Everything was great. Only thing the bag should have had a strap, but it did not.

These folks were really helpful. We needed a new battery but they checked the existing battery to make sure it was not working. We also wanted to see if there is a POC currently that does both continuous and pulse oxygen delivery. The only one that does that is huge and not practical for traveling. But they were helpful anyway. It was very late when we got there but they stayed and made sure we were satisfied. Great outfit.

Nick was extremely knowledgeable and professional in explaining how pulse concentrators work vs continuous flow. I received the product sooner than expected. The top plate had popped out during shipping but snapped right into place.Only tested it so far but seems like it should serve my purpose. I would definitely seek Nick out if you have any concerns, and I would definitely purchase again. Thank you Nick P.S. Give Nick a great raise to show your appreciation. The concentrator performed excellent for me this past weekend, would definitely recommend.
