I purchased a small personal concentrator from the Oxygen Concentrator Store January 29, 2021. The sieve cartridges went out in mid Feb. 2022.Upon contacting the agent who sold it to me, she assured me they were still under warranty and I would be sent new ones free of charge, which occurred in a very timely manner. When the new ones went out in July, 2022 still under warranty, Tammy in customer service, had me send back the machine as it must have been defective. She was very helpful and knowledgeable about different similar products they carried that had a better track record and offered to send me one of those instead with the same warranty. I am much happier already with this replacement product and feel it was above and beyond to offer this option. For this reason, I highly recommend The Oxygen Concentrator Store for your oxygen needs and especially Tammy to help you decide which product will work best for you.
