Oxygen Concentrator StoreReviews of oxygenconcentratorstore.com

Thank you, Nick and the rest of the crew,

All delivered on time. Product works well. Too bad it did not include the bottle humidifier!

Nic was prompt, very pleasant , very helpful. I have called him in the past and he is always on the ball.

Luke was very helpful. He helped me when I changed my mind on what concentrator I wanted. Very friendly too.

The whole experience has been excellent when ordering my oxygen concentrator. The agent was very helpful in finding the best unit for me. The unit arrived in the mail on the day it was supposed to. The packaging was great even when shipped here to Alaska.

My guy that that helps me every time I think his name is Mark I’m 70 so I do forget names. Is always so courteous and nice it explains things to me where I can understand and if I need any supplies he’s got them to me ASAP he’s the best he definitely needs a raise. He has helped me for gosh almost 5 years now and every time I need something he’s always there for me he gets a five stars for me if not 10. Thank you very much Nadine Erwin

I was very pleased with everything I dealt with at the Oxygen Concentrator Store. Customer service was very helpful and they listened to my needs and provided exactly what I needed, at the same time jumping through hoops with insurance.

I had to purchase a portable oxygen concentrator since my old one broke. Did a lot of research and after talking with the oxygen concentrator store several times. I decided to purchase a concentrator from The Oxygen Concentrator Store. They were so kind helpful and knowledgeable! I love my new Caire Freestyle Comfort, feels light in weight and is quieter when running. It’s so easy to carry and just go! Thanks Deborah Montelli, for answering all my questions in helping me. Mars Batton you helped answer more questions. You helped me to finally seal "the deal"! You kindly packaged it up to ship to me that day! Thank you, Mars! I received it within two days! You have a customer for life! Again, Thanks to both of you!
