Donahey, D.
Started on day 7 to get a refund. Left a message for call back, no call. Called day 8 and was told I would get a call in 24-48 hours. No call. Called day 10 was told the return label guy would call me, no call. Day 11, called back 2 more times and was finally sent the label. The people I talked to were friendly, but evidently are not empowered to do anything except say, “someone will call you.”

Directions for use with CPap challenging. Still not sure if I need to turn off oxygen when I get up briefly at night.
