Following my order, Mars got in touch with my doctor, established a dialog, and obtained the required prescription in record time. After that, the unit was shipped on the same day to my home, there were no delivery delays or problems, and it took me literally 5 minutes from delivery to open the box, bring the unit to the room, push the button, and slip on the tube. No delays, no setup, no learning curves: plug it in the wall and push the button. I had an exceptionally positive experience.
