My new Resperonics SimplyGo Oxygen Concentrator
Sean was great with answering all my questions and helping me make a decision on which oxygen concentrator would be best with me. I chatted with him several times before I bought the one best for my needs; a Resporonics SimplyGo Portable Oxygen Concentrator that could handle my oxygen perscription for continuous flow. I need it only at night, but if I should get to where I need it during the day I can use it for that on pulse. It's easy to use and came with the electrical adapter, battery, extra canulas, and cart. It went to shipping that same day. It's a wonderful machine and I woke up the next morning with my oxygen at 97 instead of 86 like the day before when I didn't have it. I felt rested and actually refreshed. Thanks Sean!!!

This was bought for my mother
This was bought for my mother, but ended up being too heavy for her to move…all was sent back to the company…it was delivered to them almost 4 weeks ago…we still have not received our refund!!!! Follow up: After this review, I received a call that the refund has been given…the “restocking fee” is 25%!!!!!!!BUYER BEWARE!!!!!

The product works great
