Hello, thanks for taking the time to inform us about the issue. I'm sorry that your unit failed multiple times. We strive to provide an effortless customer experience and would take this opportunity to investigate the issue further and report is to the manufacturer. The unit we have exchanged the old unit for is smaller, lighter, and comes with better safety alerts. The unit is reliable and sieve beds are user-replaceable. So, unlike other home oxygen concentrators when the time comes to replace the sieve beds you won't have to ship the unit to the repair center. Furthermore, rest assured that we have matched the warranty on this unit to your original concentrator. If you need any assistance, you may reach us at (877) 303-9289.
