Excellent customer service
Excellent customer service. Mars has a lot of patience. He was helpful in determining which portable would be best for me, He was always available and answered all my questions. When I told Mars I decided to get a second battery, he made sure that it arrived prior to my vacation.

Knowledgeable and Customer focused
In making such a large and personal purchase…it is essential that as a consumer, I had a well informed customer service sales representative to make sure that I was confident that the unit purchased will meet my needs. Rex also made me feel comfortable that they would be there for any future questions along the way. Follow on inquiries were indeed quickly responded to and I felt my satisfaction and understanding was important to them.

RUDE
Talked to a lady. Had ordered a mask. Called her back to tell her I decided to wait until I met with my Dr and did another sleep test. She was very rude and argued with me and said OK and just hung up on me. Will definitely not be buying products from this store!!!

Great Service and Price
Sean was a great help with picking the correct Concentrator and handling all the details. We chose the Philips/Respironics Simply Go. Delivery was quick and at what I think was a very good price. Unit is in operation and works great.

Well the reps really bug you when you…
Well the reps really bug you when you start the conversation about purchasing a POC trying to get the sell calling alot texting alot they do give you a pretty good deal on the units but sadly once deal is done no one has yet to call with a check back and a thank you get the commission and done with you, they could be a bit more customer focus with a personal call back and thank you from the sales rep. and just maybe they might get personal referrals. Overall not a bad company so far.
