Bret Bennett was absolutely wonderful…
Bret Bennett was absolutely wonderful and very helpful throughout the process of ordering and tracking the unit. He also responded promptly when I called after delivery regarding the setup process. Overall a great experience so far!

Bait and Switch
Bait and Switch: Todd Gordon began his pitch in a very helpful manner. I submitted an online request from their marketing dept. on Tuesday July 25th and was interested in one of their "Used" G4 units. Todd called and after exchanging all pertinent information including my oncologists contact info I was ready to complete the deal. Minutes later Todd called stating the online prices I saw were only available for the 4th of July. Twenty one (21) days prior to the email I received! He requested I forward the email I received and he would talk to his manager (typical used car sales verbiage). His next call was to offer me another unit $500 more expensive as what I wanted was no longer available. But, he was going to see what he could do. I did not hear from Todd Wednesday July 26th. So I sent him an email today, Thursday July 27th. The email are: ME: Out of a salesman’s respect for others in sales, I’ve given you nearly 48-hours to make this deal happen. Obviously you’ve moved on, but, again out of respect I’ll offer you until 5pm CST to pull the trigger. After that I block your email and phone #. Respectfully, Gregory TODD: Hi Gregory, I am sorry about not getting back to you sooner. Unfortunately, we do not have that priced device in stock at this time. Thanks Todd Potential buyer BEWARE!!
