Easy instructions and compact for plane…
Easy instructions and compact for plane use. Worked wonderfully and inconspicuous in my seat on plane. The con is I couldn't connect to iPhone ap after several attempts. IPhone couldn't find inogen and it wasn't my iphone causing problem.

It's not easy trying to help my 89 year…
It's not easy trying to help my 89 year old mother understand her need to use oxygen. However, Todd has helped me with the transition by assisting in purchasing the right products for my Mom. The portable first and the concentrator second. Also Todd has assisted me during a time I was out of town and my mother thought her portable wasn't working. Todd and his team helped me through that crisis. That's when I knew she needed a back up concentrator. Now she's very happy because the concentrator is quiet and small. I really appreciate Todd's assistance and patience through those difficult times. Thank you

Great Customer Service
I am a mediator between my Uncle who is the user of the device and your company. Whenever we have an issue (and there have only been 2) your company has been very helpful. A shout our to Sean Lowe, who was the original person I worked with to buy the device. Every time I have an issue he has been able to get me to the right person so I can get the issue resolved with my Uncle. This is especially important as my uncle lives 4 hours away and has no internet. Every person I have worked with at your company have been professional and helpful. I am sorry I didn't get their names.
