I received everything I was suppose to
I received everything I was suppose to. Todd Gordon who is the one helped with getting everything set up. He was awesome explained everything thing to me and listened when I explained my circumstances.

The sales representative was forthright…
The sales representative was forthright and clear in his presentation and information to me. He was not in any way high pressure, which I appreciate. The delivery was fast but sat on my porch a full day/night before I knew it was there. That you provided Pay Pal was certainly an incentive. Just need to assemble and understand parts now.

Chris, your employee, made my purchase very easy and satisfying. The unit arrived just as he said. He had already sent me a video to watch, so I knew exactly what to do when it arrived. I told Chris that it’s very hard to face and to admit needing to use supplemental oxygen. He was very compassionate while maintaining his professionalism as a representative of your store.
