The concentrator I purchased arrived in 3 days as promised. It functions perfectly and serves the purpose for which it was acquired. My purchase was facilitated by Katie Yeadon, your company representative. A human voice for Seniors is paramount to good business relationships. She was articulate, knowledgeable, and very pleasant to deal with. In my estimation, she is a "winner" as your representative. We had various contacts by e-mail and phone. Katie answered my questions without equivocation. People do make a difference!

The first one i got was not what i wanted but the company called and we worked out that i would get thr Simply Go Mini and return the Simply Go. the Simply Go Mini is what I needed all along and it has given me some freedom--I can actually go outside now and even go away for weekends, etc. No longer confined to my home because of lack of oxygen. I like that you went the extra mile and got me connected with oxygen in a real portable form. Thank you for letting me get my life back.

Such great customer service . I’m so happy with the Inogen G4 . Love talking with customer service who really do go the extra mile to help, troubleshoot and select the right machine for my health issues. I actually tried a different company at one point hoping for an even smaller portable unit. That company was so dishonest, they lied about the condenser and the warranty was horrible, it was a rip off for me. I had to return the unit with a huge restocking fee, admin fee and past the return postage before I could get my refund, I only had the unit for one week, and it was unused because it was too big and heavy. I should have read the reviews of that company before I ordered, Lesson learned. I’ll never go with with another company except The Oxygen store through American Medical Sales. They are wonderful.
