I was not informed that the price of…
I was not informed that the price of re-furbished unit did not include battery. I belived that the 150.00 was for the 8hr battery. When I asked about purchasing a re-habbed unit, THAT THEY COULD NOT SHIP across the border. I informed them that this was no so, then within 5 min they informed that they had rec,d e-mail saying this wasn't so. My biggest problem now is locating a co. who can service these units I have in Canada when req'd.

Speedy
It was easy, professional & speedy to order concentrator. But I thought I was also getting the pulse meter to check my oxygen level.
