Happy but not ecstatic
While I was happy at how easy it was to get a replacement for my wife's portable concentrator, I was disappointed that it did not come with a battery. The first concentrator I purchased was the same price with the same accessories but also included a double battery. Fortunately the battery from the old machine works with this one.
Response from Oxygen Concentrator StoreOct 12, 2023
Thank you for sharing your feedback with us. We're glad to hear that the replacement process for your wife's portable concentrator went smoothly. We understand your disappointment regarding the battery. During the purchase process, we did mention that the unit would not come with a battery and that the old battery from your previous machine could be used with this one. Due to rising costs in the POC market, the inclusion of a battery would make the complete package more expensive. We apologize for any inconvenience this might have caused and appreciate your understanding. Please don't hesitate to reach out if there's anything else we can assist with or address in the future. Your feedback is invaluable to us as it helps us enhance our services and offerings.
