We had a problem and they fixed it
We had a problem with our concentrator about a month after we got it. I called the service number, explained the problem and we arranged to have a new machine shipped immediately which included a return ship label. Our charge card was credited as soon as the return ship label went in the system. Very efficient, well handled.

I had a very good experience with the representative. He helped me get everything I needed and it was delivered in a fast manner and packaged well . The only thing I was not happy about was I had to get two batteries instead of the one that would last longer. I was told the other one, that would last longer, was not available .😕 just makes it harder to keep switching out batteries since they charge on the unit itself . There is not an independent charging system.
