Colten gave an excellent experience
The company did well in expediting a sale. However, I was directed to only one concentrator. I don’t like it at all and it won’t work for me. I have a Doctors appt. today and I’m apprehensive to try it out— not sure. I’m pretty sure I will exchange it.

they call you instantly and the rep is very personable and gives out their private line so that you can reach out directly to them. Shipping is always super fast. Ordered on Tuesday and got it on Monday

Great little machine
Mars, the representative, was very helpful and knowledgeable. Love the size of the machine and is pretty quiet. Very easy to get around. Doesn't bother people when I am in a meeting.

We don't have technicians that visit client sites for setups or installations. Furthermore, the equipment we offer, especially POCs, do not have the capacity to heat up an apartment. I have yet to receive my replacement…
I have yet to receive my replacement concentrator. Most of the times I called to locate the concentrator, I got the answering service. I will keep trying but I need the concentrator and it is a big investment but I wish it was easier to interact with customer service.
