The gentleman I talked to on phone was very polite, easy to hear and understand, knew answers to the questions I asked and told me extra information which I was glad to get. I ordered what I thought I'd like and they had it delivered to me very soon and I have been getting acquainted with my new concentrator and like so many things about it--especially that it weighs less than another I had tried!

our bad! On the same day we ordered supply's from American Home Health and Oxygen Concentrator. When the package came in it was from American Medical Sales. We assumed that the package was from the other supplier and did not open the package to check its content. I just variffied that it was from You and had the twelve 4 ft. hoses. I will now contact American Home Health to see where the 12 ft hoses are. Sorry for the mixup. Sylvia Austin I placed this order on december the 28 and my credit card has been billed but I have not received the tubing. It should not take this long should it? Where is my order? Sylvia Austin
