Helpful. We were in a time crunch to get the machine and Azi worked with me to make it happen. Arranged for the order to be obtain and sent out on 2 day delivery. Were not pushy when I called to get information but made suggestions that were helpful.

I sent my Imogene to be repaired on Dec…
I sent my Imogene to be repaired on Dec 27, 2023. I still have not received it back as of this date. I have 3rd-stage CPOD and this has caused me a lot of inconvenience to my health. Please find a better way of completing repairs in a timely matter.
