Meri was very helpful and I am pleased with the products I ordered. My only complaint is that Meri would not let me pay for my purchase with a personal check.

Early in my search for an oxygen…
Early in my search for an oxygen concentrator, I spoke with several on-line sources, The Store being one, and including the Inogen company itself. For a while, I was inclined toward another oft-noted source, but found their telephone agent brusque and not very forthcoming with information. It was Chris Hollis followup call that gave me a more friendly, supportive feeling with OCS. Given that I am in Colorado, it helped, too, to at least find a supplier somewhat "nearby". I was also glad to find that you are capable and authorized to perform repair in-house. The order for both home and portable Inogen units arrived quickly and are performing well. I think the price very competitive for purchasing from a source of your quality and support.

Good, polite, efficient service.
When I called to order my original concentrator, the service was fast and efficient. Three months later, I had an exacerbation and had to upgrade my concentrator and was given quick, competent answers and help. I was also able to arrange a buy back of my original concentrator with no hassle. I did wait until the new concentrator came before returning the original, in order to be able to function more easily.
