the unit failed to produce medical grade oxygen in less than apprx 1000 hour. now I have to spend $60 to return for warranty service that make take 15 day plus extra day to ship there and back. I have used Invacare perfecto under the same conditions and both of them last 12 month or more; and yes, I do my own filter replacements

Erin was amazing and I had multiple conversations with him and he made sure that I was completely satisfied with the way the company resolved my situation with my Oxygenator. Colton handled my purchase of a back up unit and I was pleased with that also. I would definitely recommend the company.

The purchasing process went extremely well. However, when I got the unit home and received the invoice realize the invoice was written to Mary Schröder at our address instead of my name. I then sent an email asking for a corrected invoice for my records, but have yet to hear back from anyone.
