I was never so unhappy when finally…
I was never so unhappy when finally opened the box for my oxygen . Waited to see an Inogen item and found some renegate one not of my liking at all in any way. I started to cry when I saw it, and heavy as lead. I hate this order and am upset with a company that sends all kinds of ads to my computer of INOGEN and then sends me this oddball piece that I detest. Call me if you have my phone number or email me at what alternatives I have. I am 88 years old now and Fragine in holding this weight.

The machine is very practical for my needs. I had a little problem with the noise indicating defect but my rep Aziz took care of it very professionally preventing a return.

Problems, Problems
I requested that If the machine could not come by the 21st of Feb then to hold the order until the 4th of March due to us being on a cruise. It came the 22nd. Had to pay someone to come and get it off the front porch. Then when I started using it, it did not work. Called tech support and got no help. I figured out the problem but do not know how to fix. Waiting for someone to call me back. UPDATE: +Finally got in touch with someone who seemed to understand my problem. She sent out a new humidifier next day. I got it today and my machine works perfectly with it. It is different than the 1st one. I appreciate her knowledge and the speed of her results. 3/8

The Oxygen Concentrator Store impressed me.
The people I spoke with were very helpful in making a decision on which concentrator to buy. The concentrator is doing what i expected and I don't anticipate any problems.

The oxygen store sent the replacement…
The oxygen store sent the replacement part I needed right after I called.....the turn-around time was great! Mars Batton was always professional in the process and at part-ordering time, I was very impressed with his help. Thank you!
