Imagine calling a large company and getting a person! I was impressed with the representative I got, Bret. He helped me select the correct oxygen concentrator for my needs and took the time to explain its operation and maintenance. I feel very comfortable working with Bret and will call any time I have questions. What is most important to me is having the direct line without having to talk to a machine I ordered it March 11,2024 and as soon as i received it on March 14, I set it up. It was as easy as Bret told me it would be, and most important, my husband and I barely hear anything when it runs. It is right beside my side of the bed and easy to operate. I really appreciate the time Bret spent on the phone explaining the machine and everything he told me is true. It is perfect for my defined needs, a quiet machine, light weight and easy for me to handle, and will fit in a carry on size suitcase so I I can take it to NH in the Summer and Florida in the winter.
