Problem solved. Thanks!
I was very frustrated with my old portable oxygen concentrator. Insurance was no help. Then I spoke with Katie and she was awesome. She helped me to purchase a new concentrator and we were able to get everything done in just a couple of phone calls. She gave me her direct number and remembered me when I called. She was able to ship it out the same day that she got the information from my doctor and it arrived in the two business days I was told. I would definitely recommend this store to anyone needing help with oxygen support. Thank you so much it was a pleasant experience.

I was happy to talk with Brett
I was happy to talk with Brett. He was very concerned and willing to help me with my requests. Also, he shipped are equipment overnight and split the cost with me. He was helpful and was willing to work within my budget.

you sent me a product I cancelled your…
you sent me a product I cancelled your co. called my doctor without my authorization representing as you called on my behalf not truthful and this happened after i cancelled my order

Quick, easy and fast service. The only downfall would be the charger for the car does not work well.
