The person that helped us
The person that helped us, knew his product, was able to find what we were looking for right away. Was having some computer problems, was able to figure them out and assist us to be able to get him the information he needed from us.

Great Customer Service
I enjoyed working with Jake Kinlaw of American Medical. He helped me jump through all the hoops required to get my O2concentrator and after a number of e-mails, phone calls, and a fax we got it done. The process to purchase a concentrator with one's own money is far too difficult and unnecessary. Dealing with our Medical System is an exercise in frustration!

Excellent… I waited close to an hour to talk to Inogen and then dialed your store.. a real person answered and was very helpful thru the process to delivery.
