Nick, excellent customer service! Great interaction with me throughout the process. Wonderful purchase and price was reasonable. I'm very impressed with my Inogen 5 pound oxygen machine. I'm now able to move around go outside without the tank weight. Thank you Nick for helping me chose the proper medical equipment .

I was a little skeptical about buying…
I was a little skeptical about buying an oxygen concentrator like this over the internet but my sales man Chris walked me through the process and made feel comfortable and secure.

Know their stuff!
Know their stuff! I wasn't sure what parts my unit needed, they answered my questions, promptly helped me submit an order, arrived fast and intact. AND they answer the phone promptly, no long wait for service.

Marrs was very helpful
Marrs was very helpful, I got my machine and very happy with it. It's still heavy but easier to handle than the bottles.

The representative was overly helpful…
