All my questions answered
All my questions were answered and suggestions made when needed. I received the unit several days before the promised date. I got to use it before I had to go out of town. Mez was very patient with me and my concerns.

3 problems
Fantastic machine allowing me to sometimes turn it on and use it if I need help. I was assured of 2 day shipping but it was 8 days to Canada. The instructions said to connect it to the phone. Couldn't do it so I phoned. Lovely lady told me NOT to do it or it could wreck the battery. Why are these instructions in the box? Dreadful! Lastly the pouch is useless for carrying the breathing tube. I need to have the machine turned on so I can grab the tube if needed. The pouch is not meant for this and the tube kept falling on the floor. I've had to attach a pouch to the machine.

Charged us for another column repair…
Charged us for another column repair after I put new columns in late May that I had ordered in 2022 and had just used. You report they are no longer good even if just sitting in package. This is poor customer relation on your part.
