Everyone at the oxygen store is knowledgeable, friendly and took the time to answer all my questions. There products have been working great. I haven’t had a single issue.

You are marketing great products
You are marketing great products. But because there has been so much confusion over Liz’s name as the person who did the research and my name as the person who actually purchased the unit, I did not give you a five star rating. It also took many emails back-and-forth to even get a shipping label Nevertheless, I think you were trying to do a very good job and I appreciate that.

I made a request for information about eclipse 5 concentrator and was contacted by phone within a few minutes. The representative was very helpful and answered my questions. I had my new concentrator in 3 days

Do your due dilligence
The oxygen concentrator store does one heckuva job training its sales staff. I do think it helps to ask questions regarding pricing, however, especially when it comes to the accessories. Think it through carefully before buying, But if you have found you made a mistake this company will work with you so that you can return your device. Just be prompt about it. Purchasing a concentrator and all the accessories is a major expense and there can be a lot of uncertainty surrounding it. Don’t be afraid to ask questions, and take your time if you can. Oh, Do not be overly optimistic in regard to the oxygen the portable devices can deliver. The one through five or six settings on the portable devices are not equivalent to the same settings on a continuous flow device or a compressed oxygen tank.

I am happy to get have my oxygen concentrator returned and working.
I am happy to get a well working oxygen concentrator back. It did take almost 3 weeks to get it back. Fortunately, my condition was able to get along without the supplemental oxygen during the time with no machine.
