My Disappointment
I was happy to hear My unit could be fixed and back to me in a week. I really rely upon in when I leave my house. Without it I can't leave very long. A week had passed and I called to get a return of it. I was told that you couldn't fix it and it had to go back to the factory. How disappointed and frustrated I was to hear I wouldn't have it for "WHO KNOWS LONG" I asked to expedite it. I was told they would ask the factory to put i first. I suppose I must trust you for that statement. I know last time I sent it to the factory; it was 2 months before I had it returned. Hopefully better service is rendered .

Sales Rep, was very friendly, not pushy at all, very knowledgeable about all products and helpful. Caire portable Oxygen Concentrator has excellent reviews on dependability, durability, user friendly and good battery life. Very helpful
Very helpful when the Inogen at Home malfunctioned right out of the box. We called and a new unit was shipped to replace the faulty unit. Very cooperative!
