In retrospect I feel like I got an order taker versus a customer service rep. It's on me that I selected the Inogen concentrators (3 of them!) but I wish she had explained the functionality of each before I chose. I have to get on the floor to change the number of liters and I have diminished vision so it's hard to see. And I wondered for a couple of weeks exactly where "1 liter" is? The fanny pack is too heavy and cumbersome and the backpack doesn't hold anything. Overall not very happy. Its your sale; look up the date of sale yourselves.... $5,000 worth btw.

This is my second portable oxygen purchase from the oxygen concentrator store and both times Katie Yeadon was the consultant I used. The first one a Caire comfort is still going strong 5 years later. Love that when I order from the Oxygen Concentrator Store, my item(s) are shipped same or next day. I do find it annoying though, that when I am researching products, I receive texts and emails from salespeople at OCS right away.

I began the search for a portable oxygen concentrator late last year. I compared units and got quotes but then life got in the way and the process stalled. Cami Lummus was very informative as well as patient. She sent me one gentle reminder about a proposed purchase but did not bury me with a deluge of appeals I did not need at that time. I picked up the process again this year and had a whole new set of questions. Cami and her manager, Aaron, were able to patiently answer all of my concerns. We closed the deal this July and the machine I chose and quickly received is wonderful. I cannot speak highly enough about the patient, informative and caring attitude demonstrated by these folks and will use their services again. Thank-you!
