Katie was great
Katie was great. We talked on 7/30, she called pulmonary office to get scrip for Mach - purchased Mach on 7/31 with 2 day shipping ( we were leaving 8/4 to see our son before he left for Middle East). We recd Mach 8/3 evening and we were able to be on time to see him before he left.

Excellent customer service when I had…
Excellent customer service when I had shipping issues that were related to my hard-to-reach property. Also, they quickly sent me a new humidifier bottle when I let them know that the one shipped to me was cracked.

Thatcher (the person who helped me) was…
Thatcher (the person who helped me) was very helpful and considerate. He went over and answered all my questions. I bought my unit and when I received it I had questions still. I called him directly back and helped me with my concerns. Thank you Thatcher.
