Chris has helped us get a concentrator for our home and family property out of state. He was kind, knowledgeable, super helpful, and efficient. In-person at the warehouse he carried it out to my truck for me too! For our home he had it shipped out and at our home in a couple of days. In a world where customer service has taken a downturn it is not the case here, AMAZING customer service! Thanks Chris!

I called them to ask about service for a portable concentrator that I bought from them a few years ago. They informed me that the company that made my concentrator was no longer in the oxygen concentrator business. I decided to buy a different brand of concentrator. They shipped it that afternoon and I received it the next day. I am very pleased.
