P J Vidaya and the OxyHome concentrator.
P. J. Vidaya was great to work with. Knowledgeable, professional, personable. Answered all my questions and then some. The concentrator he suggested was the OxyHome brand and so far so good. Arrived next day all in one piece. It’s not as quiet as I’d hoped for but it is better than the previous machine I was using. Elizabeth in tech support was also very knowledgeable and helpful. Great experience all around and the people I mentioned certainly need a raise. My sleep is much better now. I highly recommend this company and will do business them again when necessary. Tks again for a very good experience. 👍🏻👍🏻

They sent a different item than I…
They sent a different item than I thought I ordered but it was a misunderstanding. I could not return it but they did give me a refund and great customer service.

When I called wondering where the O2…
The website had useful information. The rep. I spoke with on the phone was very helpful. He obtained a cut the Rx and promptly mailed the concentrator. It worked right out of the box. Thank you

We already had the oxygen concentrator
We already had the oxygen concentrator, but for some reason, sparks flew when it got plugged in. The machine turned out to be repairable in a very short time and the people in the store were prompt to also get us a new adapter (to go from AC to DC). I liked the way they helped my mom regain a measure of independence.
