The sales staff is knowledgeable and…
The sales staff is knowledgeable and polite. The shipping went as I was told it would. The concentrator works fine right out of the box. Nice of you to throw in a cannula when the manufacturer doesn’t! One thing that’s a drawback is when setting the timer is that you can set it for 300 minutes and no more. That’s only 5 hours :-( your doctor will say you need 6 at a minimum

The young man I worked with couldn’t have been more helpful, unfortunately the item did not suit my needs. He was also helpful in telling me how to return the item.

The best out there!!!!
Todd Gordon was a very knowledgeable,polite and professional salesman He sold me an ox life independence which I was replacing my 6 plus year old one. And sold it for a fair price.

The process was very easy Karl was very helpful and went through the process and when things were supposed to happen they did. Communication was very good throughout the entire process. The Inogen G5 has been great it came on time and was packaged extremely well,set up was easy directions simple and easy to follow. The G5 is everything they say it is.
