Chris was very helpful and guided me through my purchase. I pretty much knew what I wanted but needed assurance, I guess, that my choice was the right one. Thanks Chris! It helped knowing I could return my portable oxygen concentrator after trying it out, {within 7 days} and get my other choice, with no shipping costs to me.

concentrate gets very hot
concentrate gets very hot, nearly unable to touch. \regardless of how long it is on ? any correction ?

It sounds like your concentrator might be overheating. Here are a few steps you can take: 1. Check Ventilation: Ensure the unit has proper ventilation and isn’t placed in a confined space or incorrectly placed in a bag. 2. Clean the Filters: Dirty particle filters can cause overheating. Make sure they are clean and properly installed. If these steps don’t resolve the issue, it may be best to contact our customer support at 1-877-303-9289.
