Trust the experts!
I am a previous owner of an oxygen concentrator purchased from the Oxygen Concentrator Store. When I called the toll free number Thatcher Mills answered my call. Within seconds he pulled up my info and told him I wanted to reorder the same machine. He said that would be fine, but wanted tell me about a new machine that's smaller and quieter than the brand I had purchased earlier. I've had the new machine for a couple of weeks and I love it. Thank you Thatcher!!

I have bought products from the Oxygen…
I have bought products from the Oxygen Concentrator Store since 2012. The sales & service people are real professionals. I have purchased multiple concentrators from them & have been very happy with all of them. The rare times I’ve needed service the issue can usually be handled on the phone. I highly recommend them.

I recently sent my Sequal Eclipse 5…
I recently sent my Sequal Eclipse 5 back in a second time because of a rattle/vibration. I received it back two days ago and it is running great. As quiet or more so than ever. I want to thank Tammy, Andrew and the service tech,name unknown,for all their help. As my warranty runs out very soon I hope and pray it runs well for a long time to come. Lorenzo offered world-class customer service!
I can’t say enough good things about the service I received. From the moment I called, Lorenzo was knowledgeable, compassionate, and provided truly world-class customer service. He went above and beyond to make sure my mother had what she needed, taking the time to answer all of my questions and making a very stressful situation feel manageable.
